Introducing Our First Gen MCP Server for N-able PassPortal

At Tech Centre, we believe great service comes from context — not just access. That’s why we’ve built a custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for N-able PassPortal, giving our automation and support systems real-time access to device metadata, configurations, and knowledgebase articles - all without exposing or interacting with stored passwords.

  • Identifies the affected device from ConnectWise PSA or alert metadata,

  • Devices found in your RMM (N-central),

  • Devices with matching configuration entries in PassPortal,

  • Devices with at least one associated KB article.

It flags missing or undocumented devices and creates an internal PSA ticket for cleanup.
